Talents guide: the tree of 300 talents

Every finished career earns Legend Points. You spend them in a tree of 300 talents that makes your next players stronger, longer-lasting or richer. Here is how to build it.

Six branches, ten tiers

The tree has six branches of 50 talents: Technique (shooting, touch, set pieces), Physical (pace, power, injuries, longevity), Mental (composure, big games), Leadership (coach’s trust, armband, national team), Career (agent, offers, wages, potential) and Legacy (Legend Points, missions, streaks). Each branch has ten tiers of five talents.

Opening a tier

To open a tier you need three talents of the previous tier in the same branch. Cost rises with depth: 50 Legend Points at the first tier, then 100, 200, 400, 700, 1,000, 1,500, 2,200, 3,000 and 5,000 at the tenth.

Permanent choices

At tiers 3, 6 and 9 the last two talents exclude each other: you pick one, forever. This is where your style takes shape.

Legendary talents

The tenth tier of each branch hides a legendary talent: Velvet foot (perfect zone 50% wider), Indestructible (no career-ending injury), Ice in the veins (gauges 35% slower on penalties, free kicks and finals), Eternal captain (armband guaranteed from 26), Super agent (offers are never withdrawn) and Dynasty founder (+1 to every starting attribute per career, up to +3).

Ranked or Free play

In Ranked, some bonuses are capped so the leaderboard stays fair; in Free play all your talents apply but Legend Points earned are reduced. The Daily challenge is the same for everyone.

Frequently asked questions

How do I earn Legend Points?

By finishing careers (the S to D grade matters a lot), completing daily and weekly missions, playing the Daily challenge and the mini-games.

Can I undo a permanent choice?

No: at tiers 3, 6 and 9 the chosen talent excludes the other one for good.

Can talents be bought?

No. Talents are only unlocked with Legend Points earned by playing.
